Caravelle Saigon, one of Vietnam’s most storied hotels in downtown Ho Chi Minh City has raised the curtain on its fully refreshed Cafeé de l’Opera and all-new Champagne Corner on the ground floor, where Caravelle has presided over a prominent corner of Lam Son Square since 1959.
Formerly the Lobby Lounge, Cafe de l’Opera has been redesigned and expanded to allow even better views of the city centre. Among the highlights at Cafe de l’Opera are nightly live music (5pm - 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday) by the resident duo of Sitti and Jasson and an open kitchen serving tapas.
Caravelle Saigon unveiled its redesigned lobby, reception area and buffet restaurant, Nineteen in November. A top to toe enhancement programme of all accommodation will start in April with completion expected in early 2016.
