The Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon has announced to launch a special vegetarian programme at its Kabin to please the palate of diners when the demand for the non-meat food increases in the upcoming festive season of Vu Lan which starts on August 14.


 The first-ever vegetarian delights at the restaurant will run until September 12 and feature plenty choices of exquisite vegetarian cuisines ranging from starters and soups to main courses and desserts, all are skilfully prepared by Kabin’s talented cooking team. 

The must-tries will include steamed bean curd skin rolled with vegetable in oyster sauce, vegetarian wonton soup, steamed soft tofu with shitake mushroom in oyster
sauce, braised vegetable & bean curd, fried u-don noodle with vegetarian pork and many more.

Don’t miss delicious sweets especially snowball cake with egg yolk  & mango before you end your vegetarian meal. 

The non-meat dinner is available from 6pm-10pm at the hotel’s Kabin. Its price is    VND299,000++ /person.
